Our 1-2-1 Body Composition consultation gives an excellent indication of your physical health and fitness and can help to address the following:

Online Fitness Programme Design

Many of us require guidance when we are training in order to avoid common factors such as lack of motivation, boredom, ineffective exercise and over-training.  For some people there are circumstances which mean personal training isn’t a viable option, with this in mind TM Personal Training can offer a remote solution to help you progress your fitness journey in the form of a bespoke exercise programme.

The process is simple, click on ‘Book Consultation’ and you will be contacted to arrange a 30 minute Skype call to identify your fitness goals.  A 10-week exercise programme will then be issued with a username & password to access this on the TM Personal Training website.
